OS Version: Microsoft Windows 8.1, 64 bit Was able to use the scanner with the Windows XP operating system with no problems. Windows to add device software, again with no results. Using Device Manager to remove device software and allowing Methods tried were uninstalling the Pixma software and drivers and reinstalling with no results.
